I started selling property in 2002, the beginning of the real estate boom. Since that time the only thing that remains the same is continuous change. Some folks are moving up, some are moving in or out of town, some have had family members pass and some getting married. You now add the changes to the economy, lending, housing. No matter the reason, change is bound to be happening.
